ABOUT ME

TinderLou1.JPG.jpg

I began my film journey at the age of 10 in the wilds of Arizona. My love for movies grew in the local video rental store aisles and the Harkins Movie Theater seats. Some of my greatest childhood memories are huddling around the TV with family and plopping in a VHS tape. Now as a filmmaker, I diligently work to create the best possible production, whether that be a film, television show, commercial or event.
I honed my talents and received training for a double major in Film Production and Business Management at Arizona State University, #1 for INNOVATION, all while working an average of 30 hours per week. I was honored to be hired by Hoplite Entertainment in Los Angeles, where I worked on professional sets, participated in development meetings, and attended company briefings. I have also interned at Los Angeles Pictures Inc. and the Phoenix Film Festival, so I can assure you that I know how to comport myself in a professional environment. I managed and coordinated large events for Hollywood Invades Tempe for big names like Lawrence Sher, Boots Riley, and Michael

Chapman. I know how to obtain copyright clearance, interpret financial statements, and create budgets and schedules on the industry standard MovieMagic. When I am not focused on the business side of things, you can find me assisting with camera builds for ARRIs and REDs, or in programs like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Davinci Resolve. Some of my productions were as large as 300+ in participation, ending in multiple award-winning short films. I am not inherently the most creative; however, I am meticulous, and I think through the motivation for the story, character, scene, prop, shot, lighting, etc. I love intertwining my creative mind with my business side to get the job done. After graduating I moved out to Los Angeles, and I was greeted by the 2020 pandemic. Once the film industry started opening up, I worked as a production assistant to gain experience on professional union sets. I worked on hundreds of sets from Disney Ranch, Culver Studios, Universal Sound Stages and numerous on-site locations for movies and television shows. After some reflection and family emergency, I decided to base myself in Phoenix, Arizona.
